Goodbye syllabus week, hello midterms! Yes, it is that time again of pulling all-nighters and trying to hide those bags under your eyes. Don’t worry though, because we’re right there with you. Lucky for us we have the wonderful innovation of coffee. Here’s a list of the best places to go get your caffeine fix while hitting the books:

Lucky Lab Coffee Co.

Originally starting off as a food truck, this charming coffee hot spot has a permanent establishment on the Drag in Space 24. They also offer pastries, homemade pop-tarts, and seasonal drinks. Whether you’re cramming inside or outside the coffee is sure to hold off some of those pending stress breakdowns.

Mozart’s Coffee Roasters

Coffee with a view? Yes, please! It’s almost impossible to hit Snoozeville when you’re outdoors at this coffee shop. Located on the lake, Mozart’s Coffee Roasters is open until midnight most days so you’ll have plenty of time to load up on knowledge and lattes.

Bennu Coffee

Looking for a spot to chill all day, every day? Bennu Coffee has this covered since it’s open 24/7, which is perfect for those long all-nighters we’re all bound to experience sometime this semester. The aroma of espresso is bound to keep you awake and if that doesn’t feel free to treat yo self to some light fares. You can find both locations in the downtown area.

Kerbey Lane Cafe

Kerbey Lane is the perfect place to go to if you have a hunger for learning and pancakes. Now, there’s a ton of locations across Austin, but I 10/10 recommend going to the one in West Campus if you’re looking for another 24-hour experience kind of thing.

Civil Goat Coffee Co.

Yes, this is exactly what you think it is. A baby goat is on site of this establishment so feel free to ‘aww’ and ‘oooh’ and your own leisure. The only thing is that Civil Goat Coffee Co. is only open from 7 a.m to 4 p.m so in order to take advantage of this unique experience is you kinda need to be out and about at that time. Still, very much worth it! Drink some coffee, pet a goat, and get those A’s.

Caffe Medici

It’s your friendly neighborhood coffee shop, Caffe Medici. Located on Guadalupe right across campus, this quaint study spot is popular with students and locals for many reasons. It’s a perfect location to go to if you’re in West Campus and has a hip ambiance.

There’s clearly an abundance of coffee shops all over Austin, so now it’s up to you to check them out. Go forth and thrive during midterms and remember that there’s no such thing as too much coffee.
