CMHC Hosts Mental Health Promotion Events This Week

On Monday, the UT Counseling and Mental Health Center kicked off their Mental Health Promotion Week to promote elements of positive emotional being to UT students. If you couldn’t make it to the first day of events, listed below are the rest of week’s events that you still have time to catch or plan to attend.

TALK ABOUT IT TUESDAY:

How to Help a Friend in Distress Lunch ‘n Learn
12:30-1:30 pm at the Unions Eastwoods Room
Enjoy some free food and learn how to help support friends going through a hard time.


Texas Mental Health Monologues
7:30-9 p.m. at Painter Hall (PAI 3.02)
Go listen to UT students share their mental health stories.
