New Titles Coming to Netflix This Summer
At last, you finally have an excuse to escape the summer heat and hole up in your bed all summer long (as if you didn’t plan to do this in the first place.)
Netflix, one of the most prized streaming websites of the web and the origin of “Netflix and chill,” is unleashing a plethora of new titles this summer.
And they’re awesome.
Here’s a few to get you amped.
Prepare for Netflix to unravel all the heart-racing, T-rex-packed films you need to binge watch this summer: Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, and Jurassic Park III.
Sadly, Jurassic World still hasn’t hit the Netflix box office, so we’ll have to enjoy Chris Pratt in all forms in the seven seasons of Parks & Recreation currently available on Netflix.
See things in a new light in the 2014 movie adaptation of Lois Lowry’s 1993 novel, The Giver, on June 15.
Finally get around to watching Spotlight, the best motion picture of the year, on June 22 (P.S. Rachel McAdams, Mark Ruffalo, AND Michael Keaton all star in this.)
Enjoy the latest seasons of Pretty Little Liars, Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, The League, and the Emmy-nominated Netflix original, Orange Is the New Black this June.
Witness A-list stars such as Ryan Gosling, Steve Carrell, and Christian Bale come together to explain the 2008 housing market crash in The Big Short coming to Netflix July 6.
Last, but certainly least, journey with Marty McFly through space and time in the instant classic, Back to the Future sometime in July. Enjoy his sick kicks, too.
And many more await! So grab some blankets, snuggle in the A/C, and escape the Texas heat this summer. Check out the complete list here.
